Training facilities are a standout feature, with a 100' x 200' lighted and sanded arena perfect for flatwork, jumping, and evening rides. A large grass training area provides additional space for conditioning, groundwork, or outdoor schooling. In addition, the property includes a 4,000 square foot open-air barn, ideal for hay storage, equipment, or as additional covered training space or shelter.

From beginners to experienced riders competing on the show circuit, the program fosters a supportive, disciplined, and growth-oriented environment with individualized training plans and regular opportunities for competition and advancement.
The grounds are enhanced by access to on-property riding trails, providing peaceful, shaded routes perfect for cool-down rides or enjoying time in the saddle away from the arena. Convenient trailer parking is available on-site, and the facility’s close proximity to Atlanta makes it an excellent choice for boarders commuting from the city or nearby suburbs.
This is more than just a boarding barn. It’s a welcoming and well-managed equestrian center where horses thrive, riders grow, and community flourishes. Schedule a visit today and discover why West Cobb continues to be one of the most desirable equestrian locations in the region.
Horses typically enjoy 12 hours of turnout each day, adjusted according to individual needs or veterinary recommendations. Following turnout, every horse is checked for cleanliness, and rinsed or dried as needed.
Each horse receives grain twice daily and has a tailored feeding plan based on its individual needs. Supplements are administered as directed by the veterinarian. High-quality hay is offered daily in stalls and, when needed, in turnout areas during low forage periods. Salt and mineral blocks are always available. All water buckets—both in stalls and pastures—are cleaned and refilled daily.
On site groom lives on the property, plus trainers are on property every day unless traveling for a show ensuring constant oversight and an immediate response to any horse care needs. Additional full-time staff also reside on-site to maintain round-the-clock coverage.
Hooves are picked and a complete visual and physical check is performed on each horse daily. A second wellness check is conducted each evening to ensure no issues go unnoticed.
Blankets are applied and removed as needed during cold weather. Each stall is equipped with a closed motor fan for cooling. Fly control is provided seasonally through feed-through supplements.
The Barn Manager oversees all veterinary and wellness appointments and provides handling for farriers, chiropractors, dentists, and other care providers. Medications such as bute, Banamine, dexamethasone, and wound treatments are administered as needed. All grooming and care supplies—including brushes, bathing products, liniments, and fly sprays—are provided. A structured deworming protocol is administered by our veterinarian.
Stalls are cleaned once to twice daily weather dependent. Cleanliness, comfort, and airflow are prioritized to keep horses healthy and content.
In the event of a medical emergency, transport to the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine (approximately 90 miles away) is available. A single-horse trailer is always onsite and emergency backup is available.
Spaning 50 acres provides ample space for rotational grazing and healthy forage growth. Our pastures are regularly maintained to prevent overgrazing, promote nutrient-rich grass, and minimize herd stress. Manure is removed to support pasture health, reduce parasite load, and maintain a clean, sanitary environment for all horses.
We love our boards, so feel free to schedule a tour.
